It has been on my mind for a very, very long time, but I never got round to creating the Team Charter that I had in mind. My recent work with a few teams finally made me create it anyhow (not finding anything available that suits my needs on the workfloor). It serves for teams to discover, rethink or consider their identity, what they stand for as a team and how they collaborate.
I have created and am making available a Generic version as well as a specific Scrum version, in English as well as in Dutch. All are available in PNG, in JPG and in PDF format. As I am working on a new development paradigm for more humane systems a specific version for that new approach is in the pipeline.
Having composed the Team Charter with utmost care I am happy to make it available as a canvas for free for the Passenger and Companion members of the Center for Humane Workplace Organization. I deeply appreciate their support.
I am licensing it to them under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International. It holds that the work may be copied or used as the user sees fit as long as the modified material is licensed under identical terms. Credit to myself as the author is always required.
All versions can also be purchased via the “Shop” option of my Patreon without a recurring membership.

And this is not the end of it. I envision creating at least two more charter canvases: a Product Charter and a Value Charter.
