Let’s Co-organize Scrum Focus Classes

Over the past few years I have created three proprietary workshops that I call “Scrum Focus Classes“:

The Scrum Focus Classes offer unique and specific modular learning opportunities These interactive workshops allow me to engage, collaborate and interact with friends of Scrum across the planet and help them move (their) Scrum forward.

The Scrum Focus Classes complement my Professional Scrum offering that consists of the facilitation of following 2-day Scrum.org courses:

These are the official courses that include a voucher for the corresponding Professional Scrum certification assessments.

These are the core, foundational classes upon which all the others rest. Through these classes I can get across all the insights and learning that people need with regards to Scrum. What also helps is being able to draw from 20+ years of actual experience and use the highly interactive cases from my “Scrum Caretaker Book of Exercises”. Attendees of my sessions also get a free signed copy of the latest edition of my book “Scrum – A Pocket Guide“.

Following response of an attendee of my latest online PSM class is in line with the overall feedback that students have shared via TrustPilot (73 reviews and an overall “Excellent” score of 4.8/5):

Many thanks for a really enjoyable course – I think it’s my favourite course I’ve ever done!!

Since launching my first Scrum Focus Class I have worked in several ways with Scrum community members on them. I have facilitated pilot sessions, have co-organized sessions, have facilitated in-house sessions for teams and their managers, have given away free seats. You might remember how I launched the newest Scrum Focus Class “Engaging the Brain” by the end of 2025. Given the low response I actively solicited feedback. Many people shared how their company was not funding their learning anymore, with most people admitting they had already self-funded too much.

Incorporating all of the above , I want to try moving forward as follows:

1/ I have created ‘generic’ sessions of my Scrum Focus Classes on my website:

These ‘generic’ sessions are open to the general public and can be attended by anyone. Pricing is as indicated. If you register with your company funding you, do not forget to enter your company’s VAT number during the check-out. An invoice is always provided.

I am also available to facilitate private (in-house) sessions. The final pricing will be tuned to context and circumstances. If your team, your department or your organization is in need of such a private training session, send a mail to info@guntherverheyen.com.

2/ I will add the people that have registered to a messaging group (on LinkedIn) for each Scrum Focus Class.

I will work with them to attract more people and set a date & time for a session with them. People having expressed an interest by sending a mail to info@guntherverheyen.com (without actually registering) will be notified of the date as soon as it has been set.

3/ We collaboratively turn your Scrum Focus Class at the date that YOU determined into a wonderful learning experience.

This is my call to action. Looking forward to hear from you.

Warm regards
